HCCH. Carleton Clinch has been practicing law in Bergen County for over 30 years. Prior to entering private practice, he served as an assistant Bergen County Prosecutor handling a wide variety of trial matters. He is a graduate of Ridgewood High School and Brown University and received his law degree from Rutgers University (Newark). While in private practice, Mr. Clinch served as an adjunct faculty member at Rutgers Law School and has appeared as a lecturer. Mr. Clinch has lived in Ridgewood since 1976.

Since 1990, his law offices have been located in Ridgewood, New Jersey, where the practice concentrates primarily on real estate (both residential and commercial), wills, trusts, probate and estate planning, and corporate and small business.

Mr. Clinch represents a number of non-profit institutions, including West Bergen Mental Healthcare, Inc. and the YWCA of Bergen County. He is involved in a wide range of community activities including service as the Chairman of the American Red Cross of Bergen County and President of The Rotary Club of Ridgewood AM. In 1991, he was awarded the Bergen County Bar Foundation Attorney Community Service Award. He currently serves as a Director on the Board of Glen Rock Savings Bank.
