Attorney Asim Clinch, founder of Clinch Law Firm, is a licensed immigration attorney working in U.S. immigration law and providing legal services in Turkish and English. Clinch works with professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, companies, and families, evaluating each matter according to the applicant’s background, goals, and the legal requirements of the relevant immigration category.

Asim Clinch graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law and earned his LL.M. from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Dedman School of Law. With 10 years of international legal experience, Clinch continues his work in U.S. federal immigration law.

Having taken an active role in the preparation and strategy of more than 1,000 immigration matters, Asim Clinch provides legal representation and counsel across a broad range of matters, including EB-2 NIW, EB-1A, E-2, L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, and marriage-based Green Card applications.
